As much as possible we want to know who’s in the audience, what type of function they have, what seniority, why they attend, what they expect.
We take into account their operating context; how do they currently manage projects, what tools they use, what processes, are there templates, is there a PMO, what terms are used?
And we include all that in the training, at all stages, from the engagement to the post-training community building.
