Focus

By adapting the courses and engaging participants, our trainers can focus on topics that are more relevant or critical to your environment.

Let’s take an example.

All project management courses will talk about cost management.

But there are companies where managing the project costs does not fall under the project manager’s responsibility. And in some other cases the project manager will have to manage all cost-related aspects.

We get to know that when we meet with our customer for preparing the training. And we can adapt the engagement process accordingly. We could tell the participants “hey, we will not talk about cost management during our classroom session, but if you would like to know more about that, here’s a video you can watch”.

Which would allow us, in this real life example, to focus more on stakeholders and communication management.
