At BWMS we don’t care much about THE method.
They all miss at least 2 things:
- being adapted to your environment
- underlying templates, best practices, how to’s and the bunch of little tools that will make your life much easier.
We believe in choosing what works for you and your company. Our job is to pick the right components that will produce results fast and well in YOUR company. How we will proceed depends on your current project management maturity level. It will range from a couple of 1 day workshops with the project managers to a full audit of your current project management practices, based on our own approach, the MAP which quite simply means Maturity Assessment Process. The MAP represents around 15 days of work, spread over a couple of months.
In both cases, workshops or MAP, we will issue a problem statement, a possible target situation and an action plan. The level of detail will depend on the approach your choose.
In any case our action plan will be:
- Aligned with you strategy
- Adapted to your reality: available resources, budget, constraints, …
- Results-oriented
- Scrum-based
- Very very pragmatic…
